Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act and these terms of business apply to goods purchased on for delivery to Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Spain (mainland), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Sweden.

Select the goods you wish to purchase and place them in the ”shopping basket”. It is possible to revise the contents of the shopping basket up to the actual time of ordering and to continuously check the contents and the price of the goods. Any shipping costs will be shown in the shopping basket.
Purchases worth more than 120 EUR qualify for free shipping.

When you are ready to order, click on the basket icon, ”Go to checkout” or ”Go to basket”. On the ordering page, enter your name, address, delivery address (if different), e-mail and phone number, and choose your preferred method of payment.
The contents of the shopping basket can be changed until your purchase is confirmed by pressing the ”Confirm and pay” button. Payment is made in an encrypted and secure payment window.

A copy of the order will be sent by e-mail once the order has been submitted.

Once an article has been ordered from us, you will receive a copy of your order to acknowledge receipt. Reservation is made with respect of goods that are sold out as well as system and price errors, and a binding purchase agreement is only concluded once an invoice has been received from us confirming your purchase.



Who delivers your parcel?
Orders to Austria, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Spain (mainland), Romania, Slovenia and Slovakia are sent by DHL to the address specified by you. Your stated phone number is used to advise you of your delivery by text message. If you are not home when DHL arrives with the parcel, it will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop and they will be responsible for notifying you.

Orders to Sweden are sent by PostNord to the address specified by you. Your stated phone number is used to advise you of your delivery by text message. If you are not home when the postman arrives with the parcel, it will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop and PostNord will be responsible for notifying you.

What does delivery cost?
For purchases of less than 120 EUR, the cost of delivery is 6 EUR.
For purchases of 120 EUR or more, your parcel will be delivered free of charge.

An e-mail invoice will be sent to you containing a Track & Trace number on the same day the order is dispatched.

Remember to check your spam/unsolicited mail folder if the e-mail fails to arrive as expected.



Shopping on entitles buyers to 14 days right of cancellation, during which it is possible to notify us by e-mail at that you have changed your mind about the purchase and then you will have 14 days to return the purchased articles to us.

The right of cancellation starts on the day the article is received. If the time-limit expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the time-limit will be extended until the following weekday. In the case of multiple different items ordered as one order but delivered individually, or one item delivered in several batches, the period will start from receipt of the last item or batch.

Sale: If the price of the article ordered by you is reduced in connection with a sale less than 24 hours after the order has been placed, we will refund the difference. Please contact our Customer Service Department with your order number.

Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed, and for reasons of hygiene, bathing costumes, underwear garments, socks and stockings must not be tried on.

Anyone changing their mind about a purchase and wishing to return one or more articles should proceed as follows:

1. E-mail us on no later than 14 days after receipt, stating the order number and the items you have changed your mind about purchasing.

2. Wait for Customer Service to send you a return label, which can then be used for the return consignment. The return label’s value of 6 EUR will be offset against your refund.

3. Pack the item, and complete and attach the return slip received with the delivery.

4. Drop off the parcel at the nearest parcel shop/post office for which the return label is valid. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for delivery of the parcel.

When returning goods, please ensure that they are properly packaged. You yourself are responsible for the parcel/goods until received by us. Therefore, keep the proof of posting as well as any Track & Trace number.

We will not accept goods not sent via the normal postal delivery service.



Once the article is received, it will be checked and a refund given reflecting the amount paid at the time of purchase.

The amount will always be transferred by the same means of payment as the purchase was made with.

The purchase amount may be forfeited in part or in full. This happens if the article has been devalued because:

- The item has actually been worn or used

- The item bears signs of external smells such as perfume, aftershave, smoke or shows other signs of use/wear

- The item has been damaged while in your care

- The item has been handled in some way other than was necessary to establish the nature and features of the goods and the way they work

- Under the right of cancellation, the restrictions regarding the seal, type of article etc. have not been complied with

- The item seal (hangtag) has been removed.



Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act including outage regulations. That means that purchasers are entitled to a refund if the complaint is justified and the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or due to some other detrimental behaviour.

Complaints must be made within a ”reasonable period” of having discovered the defect or flaw in the item. Customers are recommended to complain as quickly as possible.

Once the item has been returned, please tell us in as much detail as possible about the problem at hand, preferably using our return form, which can be downloaded here.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs, but it is always advisable to use a pre-paid shipping label, which we will send out after you contact us.

However, if on further examination the complaint turns out not to be justified, we will not refund the shipping costs.

The above data will be kept together with information about the goods purchased by you for five years from the end of the financial year to which the data pertain, cf. Section 10 of the Danish Bookkeeping Act, after which time such information will be deleted.

If a log-in has been created in order to be able to use self-service with us, your personal information and order details will not be deleted unless requested so by you.

Information will not be disclosed or sold to a third party unless this is done as part of restructuring or the whole or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will take place in accordance with the personal data legislation in force from time to time.

As a customer you have the option of accessing the data recorded about yourself as well as objecting to registered information in accordance with the relevant rules in the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data; any enquiries in this respect should be directed to
